PIERCE COUNTY — The state lawmakers serving parts of Pierce County, including Puyallup, South Hill, Summit, and Waller are holding an in-person town hall meeting from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11.
Sen. Chris Gildon and Reps. Cyndy Jacobsen and Michael Keaton will take questions and comments from their constituents regarding decisions made during this year’s legislative session and issues to address when lawmakers reconvene in mid-January 2026.
The town hall will be at the Fruitland Grange, at 11102 86th Ave. E. in Puyallup. Coffee and water will be available.
Gildon, R-Puyallup, serves as Republican Leader on the Senate Ways & Means Committee, and also is a member of the Housing Committee.
Jacobsen, R-Puyallup, is the assistant ranking Republican on the House Finance and House Housing committees. she also serves on the Civil Rights and Judiciary Committee.
Keaton, R-South Hill, is the ranking Republican on the House Education Committee, and serves on the Appropriations, Postsecondary Education and Workforce, and Technology, Economic Development and Veterans committees.
